JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Franchise Development Director is a remote position responsible for handling all inquiries of prospective HomeWell franchise owners. This role serves as the centralized point-of-contact and acts as the corporate liaison for any and all that are inquiring about franchise ownership. The Franchise Development Director will proactively communicate with all leads, candidates and brokers any pertinent information that facilitates the discovery process. The role will also be responsible for aiding franchise candidates with the due diligence process, including but not limited to helping with completing a franchise application, reviewing the FDD and Franchise Agreement, reviewing proposed territory structure, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Follow up on new leads generated in a timely and consistent manner
  • Gather all necessary information from franchise candidates to be communicated to the executive team for a smooth awarding process.
  • Participate in internal meetings to remain current on the goals & objectives.
  • Proactively reach out and build relationships with franchise brokers and consultants within the networks which we are a part of.
  • Assist with discovery day preparation as necessary.
  • Assist with weekly/monthly reports and data compilation as directed.
  • Collaborate with other corporate departments to help execute project action plans & provide internal updates on progress.
  • Assist new franchise owners in acclimating to HomeWell processes by answering questions quickly and guiding new owners through HomeWell’s discovery process smoothly and efficiently.
  • Bring to the table new ideas for prospecting, presenting, and closing more deals faster and more efficiently.
  • Keep all broker portals and other digital listings up to date within brand standards and compliance.
  • Participate in webinars, presentations, expos and other events that will build brand awareness, drive leads, and build more partnerships nationwide for HomeWell.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of franchise sales experience with proven success in selling and closing franchise deals.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and communication skills with the ability and desire and enjoyment to work in a cooperative, professional and friendly manner.
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to balance multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Thrive on exceeding goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).


PHYSICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL DEMANDS:
This is a primarily sedentary position.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
Reports directly to the Vice President of Franchise Development

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Full-Time; 40-hours a week

TRAVEL: 30%
